Advanced Hemodynamics
7:30 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.
COURSE
DESCRIPTION
This class will explore PA catheter tracings in more detail
after first establishing a common knowledge base in troubleshooting
and zeroing. We will examine tracings as related to clinical
situations such as mitral valve changes and cardiac tamponade
for example. This class will offer VO2, LV and RV stroke index
formulas. This will be done primarily through a case study
approach.
